The New Property Manager

This blog is not about a new way to manage properties. It is not about advanced technology or innovation. It is not about better customer service or shifts in the industry. It is about exactly what the title says -- being a new property manager. As in new to the industry. Brand new. There are numerous blogs and publications out there that can enhance your experience in property management. This one is meant more for comic relief, although I'll try to be useful as well. Even though property management is something entirely new to me (I've been in the industry for only 9 months), I've come across millions of hilarious situations (well... depending on how you look at them I guess). I've effectively abandoned my other blogs because they're not about property management, and that just happens to be my new thing. I love my job. I'm thankful for what I do. And I want to share the fun, the challenges, and what I learn as I grow with anyone who'll listen (er... read).
